Ernie Forrester, Associate Pastor of Smoke Rise Baptist Church in Stone Mountain, will be the main speaker for the event. Ernie will come to this event with eighteen years of youth ministry experience. We will be covering topics related to Sustainable Youth Ministry, including sustaining programs in tough economic times, sustaining relationships with youth, sustaining relationships with staff and supervisors, and sustaining a personal spiritual formation.
