Preacher
Carrie spent the majority of her childhood in Macei and Recife, Brazil. Georgia has been her home since her family return to the US in the early 1990s. Carrie graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in psychology and a minor in Portuguese, and later earned a master of divinity degree from Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology. Before entering full-time ministry, Carrie spent several years working in sales and event coordinating. Carrie is currently serving as co-pastor of Edgewood Church in Atlanta.
More than anything, Carrie loves to walk alongside people on their journey of faith, encouraging them as they discover God at work in and around them. Carrie also loves to cook and garden and her favorite sport to play is football, as long as her teammates throw her the ball. She is married to her best friend, Nathan, and is the proud mother of a rambunctious boy, Oliver Finn.
Worship Leader
Ryan Wilson is a third year student at McAfee School of Theology in Atlanta. He will graduate in May with a masters of divinity degree in global Christianity. He graduated in 2008 from Furman University with a degree in music. He currently works at Parkway Baptist Church in Duluth as the minister to students. Since his own youth group days Ryan has been involved with music and worship, leading worship for camps, retreats, and Sunday worship. He spent a year in South Africa as a volunteer missionary. During that time he helped to establish and lead a music academy for at-risk children and teens. He has a love for music, for people, and most of all for God.
