Peer-Learning Groups

Peer Groups

As a part of CBF/National’s Lilly-funded Initiative for Ministerial Excellence, six Peer Learning Groups are currently meeting in Georgia. The self-guided groups meet monthly to address some of the top issues that ministers face, including

  • Loneliness
  • Burnout
  • Resource options
  • Church growth and size transitions
  • Staff relationships
  • Preaching (staying fresh)
  • Self-care
  • Career development

In addition to these groups, CBF/GA is funding additional peer learning groups.

All groups are regional and may or may not be defined by a common ministry position.
