Winter Youth Summit

In 2018, CBF/GA youth are invited to participate in the Youth Winter Summit at FBC Huntsville, Alabama, January 12-14, 2018!

There will be time for:

  • worship
  • fellowship
  • small groups
  • fun

Josh Griffin and Sharon Irving will provide worship leadership, and FBC of Huntsville is a wonderful location for such an event. The event cost is $69 per person, but please note that this does not include your overnight accommodations. There is a group block of rooms at the nearby Embassy Suites with a discounted rate of $119 per night and you will need to make your own hotel reservations.

Costs:

$69 per participant.  (A non-refundable deposit of $20 per person is due at the time of registration).

Final balances and numbers are due December 15.

During the weekend there will be purchasing opportunities for your students at the band’s merchandise table. We will also take a missions offering Sunday morning.

June 15—Online Registration Opens
November 15—Registration Closes
December 15— Final numbers, balance, and T-shirt sizes are due
December 22—Special rate expires at Embassy Suites

Accommodations:

Each church group will need to make their own reservations with Embassy Suites, Huntsville. Our conference rate is $119 for a room that sleeps up to 6 people and includes a free breakfast. This hotel is also within walking distance of FBC, Huntsville.

Meals:

Your conference fee includes 2 meals and several snack opportunities throughout the weekend. Included meals are dinner Friday and Saturday.

Each group is on its own for breakfast both mornings of the event. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, your group will have a free breakfast provided there.

Lunch on Saturday will be served from Food Trucks at FBC, Huntsville. Students should bring an additional $15 for this meal.

3:00 p.m.–Free Time in the Rocket City
6:00 p.m.–Dinner – First Baptist Huntsville

*Check-in is at FBC, Huntsville, starting at 5:30 p.m on Friday, January 12. One or two adult representatives of your group may pick up your T-shirts, name tags and conference information starting at 5:30 p.m. Doors open for students at 6:30 p.m. Please use Entrance 7 to enter and leave the building during the weekend.
