Ruth Perkins Lee is a native Georgian who grew up in Columbus and attended First Baptist. Through the years she has worked in both congregational and denominational positions; ten years at FBC Auburn, AL, and nine at CBF Global. Most recently, Ruth has served as Project Director of the Ministry Collaboratory at Princeton Theological Seminary funded by the Lilly Endowment’s Young Adult Initiative. Ruth is a graduate of Columbus State University (B.A. in Psychology) and Mercer’s McAfee School of Theology (M.Div.). She and her family are active members at Smoke Rise Baptist Church where she teaches adult Sunday School and volunteers with the youth. Her husband, Scott, is a hospital chaplain and they have two daughters, Dora and Abby Kate. Together they enjoy storytelling and laughing!

 

 

Rachel graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Child and Family Development. After working for Childcare Licensing inspecting Daycare Centers for a few years Rachel moved to Macon where she worked as an Editorial Associate at Smyth and Helwys Publishing for five years. Rachel is married to Jon and has two daughters, Mallorie and Emily, four bonus children and their significant others, and eight bonus grandchildren!  Rachel’s house is divided between the University of GA and GA Tech! When she isn’t at work she is on the road between Athens and Atlanta visiting her daughters, Target, and Trader Joe’s! She attends Vineville Baptist Church in Macon and enjoys helping with youth, singing in the choir and attending the “Seekers” Sunday School class.

Cameron serves as the intern at CBFGA. She recently graduated with her Master of Divinity from McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University, and has her Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University. Cameron also serves as the Ministry Associate and Secretary at Highland Hills Baptist Church in Macon, where she enjoys learning alongside and working with people of all ages as we all try to follow Jesus together. In her free time, Cameron enjoys crafting, hiking, traveling with her husband, Steven, and playing with her cats, Wobbles and Cider.
